  scala-xml-2.12 - XML library for Scala 2.12

Changes for the initial release:

 * Initial release (Closes: https://bugs.debian.org/1139712).
   org.scala-lang.modules:scala-xml_2.12, built without sbt with the
   Scala 2.12 compiler from the scala package. Needed to build scaladoc
   in a later scala upload.

It needs scala 2.12 in unstable first:
https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/scala/-/merge_requests/2

Tested: sbuild against that scala, lintian --pedantic, licensecheck/lrc.
