using sbuild and a reduced chroot with only build-essential packages.

dart-sass only accepts "expanded" or "compressed" for --style, so the build's
"--style nested" makes sass print its usage and fail (the package also built
against the virtual "sass" package, which now resolves to a dart-sass that has
no "nested"). The attached patch pins the dependency to dart-sass and adjusts
the two meson.build files.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
ukui-themes, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.

A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is
attached.
