Dear maintainer(s),

I noticed that package gimp-plugin-registry recommends gimp-gmic, which
is currently not available in unstable.

I see that the gmic source package stop building gimp-gmic in
version 2.9.4-4.1:

I don't know if the recommends should be just deleted or if another
package should be use instead.
