WebKitGTK can no longer work on big-endian architectures as a result of an
upstream move from Cairo to Skia, as announced in
<https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2026/09/msg00139.html> and #1148038.

libalien-wxwidgets-perl depends on WebKitGTK. It has one
reverse-dependency, libwx-perl, whose removal I already requested;
please remove that first. Removing it will also make
libwx-scintilla-perl unbuildable on s390x, but that seems OK since
libwx-scintilla-perl is Architecture: all.
