I am preparing a rust-synstructure transition to 0.14, which is already on syn 3 and will likely be uploaded soon.

rust-asn1-rs embeds asn1-rs-derive and asn1-rs-impl, which depend on synstructure 0.13 and syn 2, so both need a port.

I have attached a debdiff fixing this.
