Hi Maintainer

hdf5 currently has build-dependencies on libcurl4-openssl-dev and
libssl-dev which no longer seem to be used.

Comparing part of a build log from 1.14.6+repack-2+b1 [1] and
2.2.0+repack-5 [2]:

libhdf5-openmpi-310_1.14.6+repack-2+b1_amd64.deb
