Link-OpenCV-against-gcc_s-and-stdc++.patch causes a FTBFS on armhf:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=ultrastardx&arch=armhf

It also does not seem to be needed:
- ultrastardx is linked with both libraries even without it, and
- the application still starts

Thanks Adrian for the analysis.

I will first let the current version migrate to Testing.

Alexandre
