Chromium needs rollup 4 (https://bugs.debian.org/1092721), and rollup 4
needs swc_compiler_base and swc_ecma_parser from rust-swc-core.

Branch on top of 77.1.2+ds-1, one commit per change:

sbuild successful, 297 tests pass, and the reverse dependency
rust-microformats rebuilds against it. I will add the full autopkgtest
result to this bug.

node-rollup builds and passes autopkgtest against it, with no Rust crate

Could you review and upload it as 77.1.2+ds-2?

autopkgtest of the branch: 118 of 118 pass, including the new ecma crates.
