resources is unable to migrate to Testing because it fails the
reproduce.debian.net test which is mandatory for new packages. This
test failure is also seen in Salsa CI's debrebuild job.

Thanks for pointing this out.

I had help in #debian-reproducible who were wizardly fast in pinpointing this
to nutype and https://github.com/greyblake/nutype/pull/257

I've created an MR to update nutype and nuytpe-macros: https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf/-/merge_requests/1465

I will put a 0.8.0 version requirement in the dependencies for resources, and
then this should be fixed.
