Description : browser based code editor

Monaco is the code editor that ships with VS Code. Its engine is packaged
separately, as monaco-editor-core (ITP #1150312); this package is the wrapper
that adds the language workers and the language features on top of it, and is
what applications depend on. Zotero uses it.

The released package is assembled at build time: this repository holds the
wrapper sources, and monaco-editor-core supplies the editor itself. Both an
ES module tree and AMD bundles are built from them.
