The packaging uses gbp with DEP-14 branches (debian/latest,
upstream/latest, pristine-tar) and can be built with:

  gbp clone https://salsa.debian.org/sjg1/u-boot-pylib.git
  cd u-boot-pylib && gbp buildpackage

Changes for the initial release:

 u-boot-pylib (0.1.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Initial release. (Closes: #1150622)

Notes:

* This is a small pure-Python library split out of U-Boot, where it is
shared by the patman, buildman and binman tools. It is the dependency
of patch-manager (ITP #1150629, separate RFS), so it needs to be
uploaded first.
* The package is intended to be maintained within the Debian Python
Team; I am the upstream author.
* Salsa CI passes in full (build, lintian, piuparts, autopkgtest,
reprotest/debrebuild, blhc, uscan):
