     - Add minimum required cmake (>= 3.26.0) to Build-Depends.
     - Bump SONAME / ABI version from 112 to 124.
     - Adopt package. (Closes: #1070311)
     - Replace depends default-libmysqlclient virtual package
       with libmariadb-dev. (Closes: #1137157)
     - Drop optional Priority.
   * d/copyright:
     - Change Paragraphs Arrangement.
     - Address new upstream files.
     - Add BSD-2-clause license and remove Apache-2.0 license.
   * d/patches:
     - Drop obsolete patches for new upstream release.
     - Refresh patches for new upstream and add DEP-3 metadata.
   * Add upstream metadata file.
   * Update d/watch to version 5.

Additional notes:

- Verified with Lintian v2.141.0. It is clean except for an informational tag (I:)
  suggesting debhelper-compat 14; I decided to stay on compat 13 because v14 is
  still experimental.
