With a paused video, when I put the mouse pointer over the duration
bar, a tooltip appears with a time. But then, when I move the mouse
downward, this tooltip sometimes remains visible while it should
have disappeared. This tooltip can even remain visible in front of
a different window.

As I had never noticed this issue before, this might be related to
the switch to Qt 6 a few days ago. I'll try to do some tests.

First, in some cases, the bug is not reproducible at all. This seems
to depend on the window position: moving the window to another random
position generally makes the bug reproducible again; in such a case,
the bug is reproducible more than 50% of the times.

Indeed, I cannot reproduce the bug with vlc 3.0.23-3+b4[*], whatever
the window position.

And it seems that this issue is never reproducible in full-screen view.
