libmirage fails to cross build from source, because its upstream build
system hard codes the build architecture vapigen. The vapigen.pc package
configuration exports a matching vapigen executable on Debian systems
and discovering it that way fixes the cross build. Please consider
applying the attached patch and forwarding it upstream.
