Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Coping files from an SMB share on a seperate system over the network through
Dolphin's Network menu or Remote header in the sidebar causes some of those
files to have their Date Modified changed to the time of copy instead of being
preserved. This only seems to happen when copying *from* the network share, not
*to* it.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Copying the files through the path in /run/user/... using the cp -a command
preserves Date Modified times as expected. Copying the files using Windows File
Explorer on Windows 10 works as expected as well, so I'm disinclined to believe
this is a configuration issue on my share's end. This only seems to happen in
dolphin.

The folks over at the KDE forums were able to take a look and got a
merge request set.
