Dear Maintainer,
The b4 review TUI is built on Textual, which upstream declares in the optional
"[tui] extra" as (textual >= 1.0 and rich >= 13.0). The Debian package doesn't
depend on python3-textual so on a system without it the "b4 review tui" command
fails straight away with:
The TUI requires the textual library.
The review TUI is a core part of the b4 review workflow so it shouldn't need a
dependency installed by hand. python3-textual should be added to Depends.
python3-rich comes in through python3-textual, so it doesn't need to be listed
separately.
