Dear Maintainer,

The b4 bugs subcommand which was  added in b4 0.16 (marked as a technology
preview upstream) needs the git-bug binary, version 0.10.1 or later.
git-bug isn't packaged in Debian yet (RFP #910108), so b4 bug commands fail
with:

  git-bug is not installed

Once git-bug is in the archive, b4 should add it to Depends or Recommends
(I'd lean to Depends, depending on how lightweight the git-bug binary
is) and this bug can be closed.
