Dear maintainer(s),

I noticed that package task-arabic-desktop recommends fonts-kacst, which
is currently not available in unstable.

fonts-kacst was removed from testing in August 2023, and from unstable
in October 2025. It's not shipped in trixie either.

I think that the Recommends for fonts-kacst should be removed.
