I'm trying to compile tsc code that depends on node-fetch,
and it seems that typescript has a hard time finding out node-fetch types,
`/usr/share/nodejs/node-fetch/@types/index.d.ts`
(node_modules/node_fetch/@types/index.d.ts once installed)
is ignored.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
node-fetch, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
