Fnlfmt will format code mostly according to established lisp
conventions; in some cases preserving some properties of the input.

Packaging this as a companion to Fennel (already in Debian) and as
a future dependency for packaging antifennel (that does the opposite,
converting Lua code to Fennel)

I plan to maintain it myself - upstream is conversant in Debian packaging
and the current debian/* files only needed some light modifications, but
upstream has no intention of becoming an official DM/DD at the moment.
