gerbera fails to build with fmt 12.1.0+ds1-1 during the fmtlib transition
rebuild on arm64:

To reproduce, rebuild in sid with libfmt-dev from experimental.

fmt 12 removed the deprecated fmt::localtime API. Please replace this
call with a supported local-time conversion:
