Dear Maintainer,

The golang-gomega package does not follow the Debian Golang team Package
naming standards [1].
The correct name would be golang-github-onsi-gomega.

This matters because a few packaging tools expect the name to be correct
for them to find the package without needing to do a costly search.

Developers might also assume it is not packaged, when they don't
find the package with the expected name.
