  Description : generic DBus-based LPA for eUICC/eSIM

lpad is a small generic DBus-based local profile agent for eUICC/eSIM,
it can provide desktop agnostic infrastructure for managing eUICC
profiles on compatible devices.

It is still under active development, and I intend to package it for
Experimental for now.
