Yes, the broken Build-Depends is expected. We want the package to be
in depwait status. stremio was already removed from s390x with
https://bugs.debian.org/1149631

Could you please also process http://bugs.debian.org/1148038 ? It is
blocking webkit2gtk security updates from reaching Testing. Yes, we
know there are broken Depends but it is easier to finish handling that
once webkit2gtk is no longer published in s390x in Unstable.
