Realtek's out-of-tree driver for the RTL8821CE PCIe combo Wi-Fi/Bluetooth
chip, as used in a number of consumer laptops (including HP's 25x G8
series). The in-tree rtw88 driver only supports the Wi-Fi half of the
chip; this driver additionally brings up Bluetooth.

This is a fork of tomaspinho/rtl8821ce, archived by its upstream
maintainer in 2026 with no successor, patched to build against current
kernels (cfg80211 wireless_dev-based ops, strncpy() removal, removed
AppleTalk structs).

I'm new to Debian packaging (currently working toward NM), so this will
be my first upload -- happy to take guidance from debian-mentors along
the way.
