src:ck is currently blocked from testing migration because libck-dev is
not reproducible:

The problem is that exposes build CPU machine address size as
CK_MD_VMA_BITS which can be different for different CPUs.
Please hard coded with configure --vma-bist to a specific value or
unknown:
