coordinated transition to unstable.

As part of the transition validation, I rebuilt all direct reverse
build-dependencies against PyO3 0.29.3-1. The transition test of unicode-segmentation-rs
0.2.3-1 failed at the build stage with:

  error: failed to select a version for the requirement `pyo3 = "^0.28.2"`

An unchanged unstable baseline build completed successfully, confirming that this failure is specific to the PyO3 0.29 transition.

Please update the package's dependency constraints to support PyO3 0.29 and
make any source changes required by the new API. The transition timing will
remain flexible while affected packages are being fixed.

The failing PyO3 0.29.3 build log and successful unchanged baseline log are attached.
