Dear Maintainer,

The swayimgrc(5) manpage was removed, and configuration documentation now
lives in /usr/share/doc/swayimg/CONFIG.md.gz. However, swayimg(1) never
references CONFIG.md, so users cannot discover it via `man swayimg` or
`--help`.

Please either restore a pointer manpage or add a reference to CONFIG.md
in the FILES section of swayimg(1).
