gmpfrxx_mkII is a from-scratch C++17 wrapper library for GMP, MPFR,
and MPC. It provides headers and CMake package exports, together
with a shared library providing the versioned default-context API
for consumers sharing thread-local GMP precision state.

This package is needed for MPLAPACK, which in turn provides the
multiple-precision numerical routines used by octave-mplapack.
I intend to package these dependencies for Debian as well.

I am the upstream author and intend to maintain this package
within the Debian Science team. Rafael Laboissiere has reviewed
the packaging and contributed improvements.
