  even though liblo-dev and libmp3lame-dev are still in Build-Depends.

- strings on /usr/bin/jack_capture from 0.9.73-5 shows:
    osc not supported. liblo was not installed when compiling jack_capture
    mp3 not supported. liblame was not installed when compiling jack_capture

User-visible consequences:

- "jack_capture --print-formats" prints nothing
- "jack_capture -f ogg" / "-f flac" fall back to uncompressed
  32-bit float WAV written with the requested extension
- -mp3 and OSC are unavailable

Cause: feature detection is done at build time by gen_setformat_c.sh
and gen_das_config_h.sh, which run a hard-coded
"gcc temp.c 2>/dev/null" for each feature and silently disable it on
failure. In the 0.9.73-5 build every one of these test compilations
failed, so the libsndfile format table is empty and lame/liblo are
disabled. The build log should show this.

Upstream confirmed an empty --print-formats output indicates a broken

The same binary is shipped in Ubuntu 26.04 (resolute):
