Please remove all the 48.1-3+b1 binary packages from Unstable.

It looks like gedit-plugins is unable to migrate to Testing because
britney sees missing builds. The new gedit-plugins upload
intentionally stops building the binary packages that are mentioned in
this bug's title and in the cruft report.

There is a gedit-plugins metapackage that is Architecture: all built
by the gedit-plugins source package. Maybe Architecture: all NBS
binaries sometimes still need manual cleanup.
