fldigi as compiled with fltk 1.3 does not support scaling on high DPI
screens, making it hard to read. fltk 1.4 adds high DPI support, which
the application needs to enable.

Upstream posted a suggested change to the mailing list a few years ago:
https://groups.io/g/linuxham/message/47205 . I've tested this here by
rebuilding fldigi with the change and linked to fltk 1.4 and it looks good.
