Dear Maintainer,
My tentative rust package fails to build today, it's actually
rust-gstreamer-video that fails to build:
```
error: could not compile `gstreamer-video` (lib) due to 1 previous error
```
The build passed last week, and the most obvious difference I can see in
the build environment is gstreamer-video-sys
- last week it was at v0.25.3 (build passed)
- this week it's at v0.25.4 (build failing)
So I suppose rust-gstreamer-video needs to be bumper to 0.25.4 as well?
Just trying to guess.
