It fails when the write to USB should start with error "The last block was not fully written (-1 of 1,048,576 bytes)! Aborting." See the bug report at: https://www.mail-archive.com/kde-bugs-dist@kde.org/msg1165938.html So it's already fixed. I checked with the version on flathub (v26.08.1) and it works with that version. The version in the Debian repo can't be used and it shouldn't be like that.
