Dear Maintainer,

Please consider removing the net-tools dependency in the novnc package as novnc removed it's need for a binary in that
package in commit 9700e35 (Jul 1, 2018) and version 1.1.0 was released Apr 10, 2019.

This change could be backported to bookworm (oldstable) without issue as the package in that release is version 1.3.0.
