Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Updating to the version with the security fix, 8.2.35-1~deb12u1

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?

Had to downgrade the packages 8.2.34-1~deb12u1

   * What was the outcome of this action?

The updated module produces the folling error in apache log:

AH00171: Graceful restart requested, doing restart
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'curl.so'
	  (tried: /usr/lib/php/20220829/curl.so
	  (/usr/lib/php/20220829/curl.so: undefined symbol:
	  smart_str_ferealloc), /usr/lib/php/20220829/curl.so.so
(/usr/lib/php/20220829/curl.so.so: cannot open shared object file:
No such file or directory)) in Unknown on line 0

All of the following modules affected: curl, dom, exif, fileinfo,
iconv, mbstring, phar, readline, shmop, simplexml, sockets,
tokenizer, xmlreader, xmlwriter, xsl. Different symbols though.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

That the symbols are resolved and no runtime errors in php

Dear Ondrej,

ldd output attached, both versions, no unresolved symbols. I searched
the web for the missing symbol names, that leads me to suspect, that the
base apache php module is looking for those symbols in the auxiliary
modules. As if the interface is different?
