The 0.0.7 version is moved to a sisu-build-api source package producing
libsisu-build-api-java, and plexus-build-api will be updated to 1.x. The
existing reverse dependencies keep working through the dependency of
libplexus-build-api-java on libsisu-build-api-java.

The package will be maintained by the Debian Java Team.
