A new firmware file for Rockchip's PCIe 3 controller was accepted upstream:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/tree/rockchip

I found that ``debian/config/defines.toml`` has ``"rockchip/dptx.bin"``, so
hereby the request to change that to ``"rockchip/*" so that the new firmware
file and any potential future ones will be part of ``misc-nonfree`` package.

FYI: It *is* in an upstream released version, namely the 20261019 release.
