Hi,

I'm requesting a transition to ntl 11.6.0. The new package is in experimental and the transition tracker is at:

https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-ntl.html

I did a test rebuild of all packages on the transition tracker and they all built fine with ntl 11.6.0-1, so they just need to be binNMUed.

The dependencies of the level 3 packages are as follows:

macaulay2: ntl singular
sagemath: ntl eclib giac singular
