Dear Maintainer,
What led up to the situation? Trying to install the package.
What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
Installing the package with all dependant files was ineffective.
What was the outcome of this action? received this output:

needrestart is being skipped since dpkg has failed
Error: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
What outcome did you expect instead? for the package to install properly.
If it matters I run dual GeForce GTX1080 cards and on my windows the driver had
to be installed as a security update. I'm assuming the cards are considered to
be gone from service.
