   2. kicad:powerpc Dipende libwxgtk-webview3.2-1t64 (>= 3.2.11+dfsg)

critical platform.
You would need to get in contact with the ports maintainers under

to sk for help, th root of your issue is simply that
libwxgtk-webview3.2-1t64 isn't availabel at all or in the needed version
to get kicad installed.

I'll close the report by my email to you as it's a bug report for the
KiCad Mainatiners.
