 pyrtcm is a Python 3 library for parsing RTCM3 (Radio Technical
Commission
 for Maritime Services) protocol messages used in differential GNSS/GPS
applications.

 Features include:
  - Reading and parsing RTCM3 messages from serial, file, or socket
streams
  - Constructing RTCM3 payload structures
  - Pure Python implementation with minimal external dependencies

I plan to maintain this package myself or as part of the Debian Python
Team if they are interested in this package.
