Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?

Since uim 1.9.9, IBus integration was implemented, [1]
but uim 1:1.9.9-1 does not support yet.

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

It is required to enable uim IBus integration with --with-ibus.
Then install ibus-engine-uim and component/uim.xml.

* What was the outcome of this action?

Introduce uim-ibus? package for src:uim.
It does not require uim-toolbar anymore.(maybe)

* What outcome did you expect instead?
