Dear Maintainer,

uscan in trixie (and sid) started to fail on watchfiles with GitHub URLs:

 uscan warn: In watchfile debian/watch, reading webpage
https://github.com/osmcode/osmium-tool/releases failed: 500 Header line too long (limit is 8192)

This is fixed by removing the limit per the attached patch.

Note that the patch has already been pushed to the trixie & master branches on Salsa.

Hi, I am merging this bug report with #1151876, which is about the same
thing, but reported against 2.26.13.
not 'master' (although there is a master branch), that is why I did not
find it. When comitting to 'main' branch keep in mind that changelog
will be build by dch when maintainers decide its time for a release.
I would use a message with a closes: #1151915 line and word 'uscan' in
commit title.

(I am not uscan maintaner, just an occasional contributor.)
