Description : terminal speed test against Cloudflare's network

flarespeed measures the latency, jitter, download and upload speed of an
internet connection against Cloudflare's speed test service, using the
nearest Cloudflare data center. It also measures latency while the link is
saturated, which reveals bufferbloat. In a terminal it shows a live view
with a chart of the test in progress; with -json, or when its output is not
a terminal, it prints the results as JSON for scripts.

Why it is useful: the speed test tools in Debian today measure against other
networks: speedtest-cli and speedtest-go use Ookla's servers, librespeed-cli
uses LibreSpeed servers. flarespeed uses Cloudflare's network, which reaches
most users through a nearby data center, and follows the measurement method
of Cloudflare's own web client, including latency under load. It is written
in C with libcurl as its only dependency.

Maintenance: I am the upstream author and will maintain the package. I am
not a Debian Developer, so I am looking for a sponsor; the package builds
cleanly in unstable, passes lintian and ships an autopkgtest.
