The (under‑)line thickness in xterm on hiDPI displays is too small.

I’m looking at two things. First, the underlining of characters,
such as control characters in jupp, which is probably the same
as raw output ESC [ 4 m. It seems half as thick on the hiDPI work
laptop as on my Thinkpad X61 (both with Debian xterm) and possibly
a pixel too high?

For the hiDPI laptop, I’m using an 18×36 font that is the same as
the normal 9×18 FixedMisc, scaled up (and a few diagonals softened).

I cannot seem to find something for .Xresources to affect this
in the manpage.

The other is the underline cursor thickness, which I noticed by
“ssh -YC”ing to the Thinkpad from the hiDPI laptop, but this seems
to work fine on the latter, so it’s probably solved just by me
installing the big-cursor package? It makes the thin underlining
more noticeable, though.

I’m attaching a few screenshots, maybe they make debugging easier.
The █ glyph in the font is full height, all pixels filled in.
