dromedary needs to be rebuilt for the Python 3.15 transition, but it can't be
built from source because it declares a build dependency on
librust-russh-0.57+default-dev, which is not available anymore.

The correct version should be: librust-russh-0.64.1+default-dev

I gave it a quick spin today (after rust-sftp moved to the new version as well),
and unfortunately it wasn't as easy as increasing the version. The build failed
