While rebuilding the python related packages for the Python 3.15 transition, we
found that python-proton-vpn-local-agent fails to build from source:

From the log, the error seems to be:

And this seems to be due to the new rust bincode version. The package should
point to the old version 1 instead.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
python-proton-vpn-local-agent, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
