While rebuilding the python related packages for the Python 3.15 transition,
we found that ltt-control fails to build from source:
https://debusine.debian.net/debian/r-python-python3.15/artifact/5166429/raw/ltt-control_2.16.0-3+py315.2_arm64-2026-10-25T14:59:45Z.build

The rebuild failed on arm64, but succeeded on amd64. From the log, the error is
due to a number of failed tests, like these:

The rebuild was done on debusine, I don't know if there's something different
about the environment there that could cause this "Session daemon agent tracing
is disabled" on ARM.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
ltt-control, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.

A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is
attached.
