Dear Mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "qoriq-rcw":

 * Package name     : qoriq-rcw
   Version          : 1.2.0-1
   Upstream contact : Vincent Jardin <vjardin@free.fr>
 * URL              : https://github.com/vjardin/qoriq-rcw
 * License          : BSD-3-Clause
 * Vcs              : https://salsa.debian.org/vjardin/qoriq-rcw
   Section          : utils

The source builds the following binary packages:

  qoriq-rcw - QorIQ Reset Configuration Word compiler (CLI)
  qoriq-rcw-data - QorIQ Reset Configuration Word compiler (data files)

qoriq-rcw is the CLI tool for the Reset Configuration Word (RCW) of
NXP QorIQ/Layerscape SoCs using PBI format 2 (supported by LS1028A,
LS1088A, LS2088A, LX2160A, etc.), built on libqoriq-rcw.
It compiles RCW sources into the PBL images flashed on the boot medium.
ITP: #1152049. I am the upstream author.

To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL:

https://mentors.debian.net/package/qoriq-rcw/

Alternatively, you can download the package with 'dget' using this command:

  dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/q/qoriq-rcw/qoriq-rcw_1.2.0-1.dsc

Changes for the initial release:

 qoriq-rcw (1.2.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Initial release. (Closes: #1152049)

Packaging notes:

 * qoriq-rcw build-depends on libqoriq-rcw-dev (>= 1.4.0), which is not
   in the archive yet: libqoriq-rcw is RFS #1152134 (ITP #1152047,
   which blocks #1152049). This package can only be uploaded after it,
   ideally the same sponsor could look at both.

 * The packaging is maintained with git-buildpackage on salsa
   (debian/latest, upstream/latest, pristine-tar), with debhelper
   compat 14 and a version 5 watch file (using GitHub template), like
   libqoriq-rcw. Salsa CI is set up (debian/salsa-ci.yml) but will be
   switched on once libqoriq-rcw is in unstable, since its builds
   cannot find libqoriq-rcw-dev before that.

 * Until then, the uploaded commit 81d03c2 was checked locally,
   against the libqoriq-rcw 1.4.0-1 packages

 * qoriq-rcw-data ships NXP's .rcwi bitfield definitions of the four
   SoC families, imported unmodified from
https://github.com/nxp-qoriq/rcw (Freescale/NXP, BSD-3-Clause, with
   their own stanza in debian/copyright), so that --dump finds the
   .rcwi of the detected SoC and decompiled sources recompile without -I.

I am not subscribed to the debian-mentors list,
please keep Cc me.

thank you,
  Vincent Jardin
